Vice President, Coating Division at Keymay Industries
Education: Bachelor of Science, Biology, University of Alberta; MBA, Queen’s University
Chelsey Reschke has a passion for building businesses that build things. Real, tangible things. So when Keymay Industries set out to launch a subsidiary business division that would take the global oilfield supply company into the pipeline coatings sector, Reschke was a natural choice to lead it. But she didn’t land in the divisional VP’s chair through the typical energy industry channels. Prior to running her own consultancy business that would take her as far afield as Australia, Reschke was in the pharmaceutical sales business, something that couldn’t satisfy her desire to get her hands dirty on a construction project. Today, when not out in the field, Reschke can be found completing her MBA from Queen’s University, volunteering with the Young Women in Energy association, or writing online about Millennials and the modern work-life balance.
